Shipping policy

Postage and packaging costs are as followings: Up to £100 = £7; £101-£150 = £10; £151 - £200 = £15; Over £201 = £20

Orders will be sent using Evri. For areas which fall outside of Handcrafted by Harriet's usual delivery zone (i.e. Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Channel Islands and anywhere outside of the UK mainland), I will provide a quotation for delivery. If you would like to collect your goods in person please drop me an email to discuss before purchasing.

As products are handmade to order I will use my best endeavours to deliver standard items within 3-4 weeks, sooner if possible. If an order is urgent then please inform me and I will do my best to speed things up for you.  Delivery timings for bespoke products will be quoted at the time of order and can take up to 4 weeks.

If I have a customer's email address I will notify the customer by e-mail once the goods are dispatched from the Handcrafted by Harriet workshop. If there is going to be a delay in delivery, I will advise the customer by email at the earliest opportunity. If, due to circumstances beyond my control, a product cannot be made after an order has been placed and accepted, then I will inform the customer by email and give them the option to select an alternative product to the equivalent value, or receive a full refund.
